Feminizem Na Ulice!

Vulva jih gleda – brce seksistom!

Skotila se je ideja o feminističnem shodu, ki bi zavzel ulice in preplavil mesto, zatresel patriarhalne srajce in nam zopet dal možnost, da v prvih vrstah glasno povemo, kje nas vulva žuli! Pretresamo ideje, pljuvamo čez seksiste in skušamo analizirati položaj žensk v času krize, hkrati pa bi potrebovale tudi izkušnjo biti na ulici in ogluševati s svojim besom.

Seksizme prepoznavamo kot rdečo nit, ki spaja politične elite, ekonomsko izkoriščanje, akademsko okolje, medijski prostor, cerkvene sile ponovne tradicionalizacije položaja žensk, in se skozi telesa posameznikov nazadnje še prevaja v ulično nasilje. Seksizmi služijo utrjevanju samoumevno podrejenega, nevidnega, razvrednotenega položaja žensk – da bi nam lažje vladali in upravljali z našimi telesi, so vsi prostori v katere vstopamo polni nasilja, poniževanja, zanikanja in drugih znakov, ki govorijo o tem, da nismo dobrodošle. Posebno še, kadar izstopimo iz pripisane vloge poslušnih, ukrotljivih, prijaznih in zavzemamo aktivne, uporne, nesramne, neprijetne in glasne drže. Kadar smo glasne in izzovemo obstoječe hierarhije, se razkrijejo nevidni mehanizmi, ki vzdržujejo patriarhalni red. Skozi vso zgodovino so bile uporne ženske kaznovane, zaprte, mučene, zažgane, diskreditirane, označene za nore in nemoralne. Nismo histerične – besne smo, ker ne vzdržimo več!

Seksizmov je mnogo in so vseprisotni. Seksizem je, če me na ulici primeš za rit ali se za mano dereš, če ti ga bom popušila. Seksizem je šank-kultura. Seksizem so naslovnice revij, oglasi, ki izkoriščajo naša telesa in televizijske oddaje, ki reproducirajo stereotipne vloge žensk. Seksizem je vabiti dajati mizoginim osebam vidnost in slišanost. Seksizem so akademske institucije, ki na vodilnih položajih vzdržujejo moške, ženske pa silijo v pisanje člankov, za katere ne dobijo priznanja ali prekerne položaje. Seksizem je cerkvena ideologija, ki nas potiska v senco, priklene na dom in se vsiljuje v državno politko, napada pravico do splava in odločanja o našem telesu. Seksizem je ideja, da potrebujemo policijo, da bi nas varovala, kot da se ne moremo same braniti. Seksizmi so prepleteni v ekonomsko izkoriščanje, saj smo ženske prve, ki bomo odpuščene, dobile manj plačila in pristale na opravljanje neplačanega dela doma. Seksizem je predvidevati, da je naša prijaznost in ljubezen neskončna. Seksizem je to, da vedno ostanemo same s sranjem in kategoriziranje zatiranja kot »žensko vprašanje«. Seksizmi nam vedno znova dajejo vedeti, da ne smemo biti v ospredju, biti vulgarne, agresivne, jezne, se postaviti zase, izzivati, živeti po svoje. Nočemo biti tiho – vedno udarimo nazaj!

Čas je, da maštanja pretvorimo v akcijo in feminizem vrnemo na ulice. Zato v petek, 23. maja 2014 pripravljamo feminističen shod PROTI SEKSIZMU. Dobimo se ob 17.00h v parku Tabor in potem zaružimo po mestu!!!

International Blockupy coalition Press release “Europe: not only elections, but actions for solidarity and democracy from below!”

Before the election of the European Parliament social movement activists, altermondialists, migrants, precarious and industry workers, party members and unionists and many more people call for European days of action from 15th to 25th with the slogan “solidarity beyond borders – building democracy from below”.
Activities in dozens of cities in nine different European countries have been announced already.

“The EU-crisis regime is dismantling democracy and social rights by authoritarian austerity measures and the transatlantic free trade agreement TTIP. The international Blockupy coalition resists these policies during the week of action with actions of civil disobedience. We struggle in solidarity to take over the commons and to build democracy from below.”, states Hanno Bruchmann of the International Blockupy coalition.

On the 15th of may the International Blockupy coalition will take part in the blockade of the “Business Europe summit” as kick-off for ten days of action. As umbrella organization of single national business federations, this is the biggest continental lobbying group which permanently tries to influence and condition European institutions to continue hard neoliberal politics that force the people to pay the highest price of crisis.

All over Europe we will reaffirm the widespread social opposition to the austerity policies conducted by the Troika, and indicate which financial oligarchies are instigators of these policies.
The real alternatives to the present situation are: self-governance of commons, strengthening of social rights for a more equitable redistribution of wealth. Democracy in Europe can only be built from below by the direct initiative of millions women and men, against all authoritarian and excluding measures. In the may of solidarity we will therefore fight racism and fascism, nationalism and xenophobia fueled by right-wing politicians.

In this situation migrants and refugees are among the most affected by the crisis, also because EU border regime threatens their lives by detentions and deportations, while at the same time wealth is extracted from them by extreme exploitation.
During the May of Solidarity migrants and non migrants will struggle for their livelihood, for their rights, on the working places, against institutional racism that creates hierarchies and divisions as in the “March for Freedom” of the refugees.

Moreover, coordinated transnational actions in front of many Apple-stores will protest against unsustainable working conditions and the global chain of exploitation which links workers in Western Europe with Foxconn factories in Eastern Europe and China, which are the biggest suppliers of Apple.
